A Vista is an opportunity as it is located in a corner lot having edge and raw textures that creates character, balancing with the softscape suitable for a recreational experience.

Orientation dictates the Facade and Experience inside the Zenscape Villa, reducing openings on the west and south, but maximizing natural light and ventilation on the north and east.
